Saturday, June 24, 12 p.m. check-in, 1:30 p.m
Shotgun Start and scramble format 
Golf Tournament at Pinetop Lakes Country Club

Single golfer:  $150 ($25 tax deductible)
Pinetop Country Club Member: $65 (non-tax deductible)
Foursome:   $550 ($50 tax deductible)
Dinner only:  $45 ($10 tax deductible)

RSVP deadline Thursday, June 15 at midnight

*If you are registering for a foursome you must enter all four names before you can pick that ticket option. If you do not know the name of your complete foursome you must register 3 unnamed guests.
